We have buses to go from the Comfort Inn to the Boettcher Mansion. Shuttle times: - 4:45pm: two buses leaving from the Comfort Suites to Boettcher Mansion - 9pm, 10pm, and 11pm: bus from Boettcher Mansion to Comfort Suites -- Final bus (11pm) stops at Comfort Suites and then the Stewart House for afterparty.

Yes, there is free onsite parking.

We have reserved a room block at the Comfort Suites Evergreen Parkway. Please book your stay by 7/15 to guarantee a room in our block. Mention the Stewart-Shirley wedding while booking to receive our reduced rate.

If you miss the deadline to reserve a room in our block, reach out to the hotel and mention our wedding anyway—they may be able to accommodate you with our discount in a room outside of our block. If not, you can find additional nearby accommodations on our travel page!

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors (weather permitting) and the reception will take place indoors. All areas have paved pathways although there are dirt trails around the venue if you'd like to take a walk. The venue is wheelchair accessible.

Denver International Airport is the best airport to fly into. It's about an hour from the airport to the venue and the Comfort Suites Evergreen Parkway where we have room blocks available.

Our wedding will be a formal affair! We encourage you to wear a suit (of any color) and tie, or a floor-length gown or formal cocktail dress. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in style!

If you have someone special you want to bring please ask! We wish we could invite everyone, but we have limited space.

The doors to the Boettcher Mansion will open 45 minutes ahead of our ceremony time at 5:15pm. We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue at least 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to ensure you have enough time to get to the ceremony space around back and find a seat.

Our reception will end around 11pm, immediately followed by an afterparty at the Stewart House (849 Soda Creek Dr. Evergreen, CO).

A cocktail hour will take place in the garden between the ceremony and reception where you can enjoy cocktails, mocktails, small bites and lawn games.
