We have made a room block at the Comfort Suites Evergreen. The hotel has shared the following guidelines to help you make a reservation within the group block:- To obtain guaranteed availability and the group rate, please make your reservation prior to (7/12/2026). You may call the hotel directly at 303.526.2000 to secure your reservation.- Please note: Group reservations must be booked in the group. If you book your reservation online outside of the group, the hotel cannot transfer your reservation to the group at a later date.- Please make sure that you make a reservation within the STEWART-SHIRLEY WEDDING- Please have your arrival and departure dates available and provide a valid credit card to guarantee your reservation.- The hotel requires a valid credit card to guarantee your reservation. Your credit card will be preauthorized for one- night room and tax 3-7 days prior to arrival. If there is a problem processing your card, the hotel will attempt to contact you by phone and/or email, allowing you 24-48 hours to contact us with a valid credit card. If we do not hear from you by the specified deadline, your reservation will be cancelled as a “non-guaranteed” reservation and will bereinstated based solely on availability.- If you are unable to keep your reservation, you must cancel at least 7 days prior to your arrival to avoid a late cancellation penalty. The hotel does not allow a reservation to be transferred to another person.

Comfort Suites Golden West on Evergreen Parkway

This adorable hotel is located in downtown Evergreen and is a great option if you'd like to enjoy the mountain town. It is about 30 minutes from the Boettcher Mansion

Highland Haven Creekside Inn

This is an alternate option if you aren't staying at the Comfort Suites in Evergreen. It is 15 minutes from the Boettcher Mansion and located near downtown Golden.
